Do you Qualify?

Are you a Registered Charity with a Charity Commission registration number?
Does your work take place in the greater Birmingham area, or in the North Wales region?
Are you able to provide supporting documents for your charity and the project?
If yes to all three questions, then please continue to the application form below.
Please note copies of all the necessary supporting documentation can only be uploaded in the following formats:
.doc,  .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg files

N.B. If you are applying on behalf of a Children’s Charity, you must be in a position to upload your Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies as these are a required part of your application.
